Every account gets 3 free runs, so you can try WakeFul properly before you pay anything.

The Beta Lifetime Pass

The Beta Lifetime Pass is a one-time payment for a digital product that is unlocked on your account straight away. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same pass.
• You paid, but the pass never appeared on your account and we cannot fix it by adding it.
• The law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask

Email hello@wakeful.online from the address on your account, with your payment ID from the Dodo Payments receipt and a line about what happened. We will look into it and reply as soon as we can.

Please ask within 7 days of your payment. Our payment processor can only return a payment within 7 days of it, so after that a refund may not be possible, though we will still do whatever the law requires.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record, so any refund we approve is paid back by Dodo Payments to the card or method you used. Their buyer terms may also apply.
